I had a wonderful experience today at my consultation. Quinn was very patient and thorough, explained the process and what we were doing the whole time. The office worked with my life schedule and challenges in making the appointment a specific day and they made it happen. I never felt rushed, the new patient paperwork was sent through a link ahead of time, the office was very clean, and I felt valued. I do need hearing aids and all my options were explained to me in detail, with recommendations on which would suit me best. I will be purchasing the hearing aids tomorrow morning but I couldn’t be more pleased with everything so far.

My husband has tinnitus and I wanted to see if they could fit him for hearing aids that would help tune out the ringing. I made an appointment and we went in. Dr Janzen Viator was our tech. She is very nice and explained the test results. My husbands hearing wasn't that bad and Dr. Viator told him what he could do to help reduce the tinnitus. She didn't try to sell us something we didn't need! I highly recommend New Sound Hearing in Conroe.

From the ease of appointment setting, to being greeted so warmly at the door, to the extensive hearing test and attention to detail, especially with my type of hearing loss; to being fitted with the best hearing devices for me and countless adjustments in the sound of them this staff is exceptional. I had my last set of hearing aids for 9 years and they kept them going strong till I wore them right out! Quinn is super patient and knowledgeable and even makes getting the hearings test fun😃. I wholeheartedly recommend New Sound Hearing Center on 1488 and will be a patient there for life. There are absolutely the best! (And I’ve been to a lot of audiologists in my nearly 30 year long journey through my hearing degeneration).

Before you schedule an appointment be sure to verify the exact address, especially if you're using a navigation app, or you may end up in another location like I did. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The hearing test was similar to other hearing tests I've taken, but it included the task of repeating particular words out loud that were heard electronically as well as acknowledging particular sounds interrupted with various levels of static noise by pressing a button. Overall improvements in the industry have been made with AI enhancements. However, the prices for these hearing aids are still relatively the same as before AI or perhaps slightly less, depending on the advancement of package choice.

Just wanted to share a great experience we had with NewSound Hearing in The Woodlands. My wife has been taking her mom there for her hearing aids and follow-ups, and the staff—Quinn and Devin—have been amazing every time. Highly recommend!
