First time since Kelly and office manager left that I felt really like a client and welcome. My ears were cleaned in more than a year. I had to go to ENT Dr. Fixed my “new” hearing aids over a year old and now they charge! New gal is wonderful, helpful and I will continue to come to New Sound. I was about to give up.
