I’ve had hearing aids for 34 years and experienced many different audiologists. Wonderful hospitality and excellent service at this location! Kelly and his team are wonderful to work with. He really took time to listen to me and help me get the best possible sound from my devices.

Mr. Kelly did and excellant job on my mom's hearing aids, and then i god fitted with a new hearing aid which i needed for a long time, my old one was more then ten years old. My hearing aids required a significant configuration adjustment which were beyond the capabilities of the Kingwood New Sound office. As a result I took my hearing aids to The Woodlands office where I received exceptional service, support and additional training. The 30 mile trip from Kingwood to The Woodlands was more than worth than worth it.

You will highly value your experience and investment. Denise, the Patient Service Coordinator and Kelly the Hearing Instrument Specialist are a winning team that are intentional about customer service and support. I was overwhelmed with my experience and gained new insight about my hearing devices. I visited the Woodlands New Sound Office on Research Forest Drive actually in recovery mode. My initial investment with New Sound began at the Sugar Land Office on Highway 6. Sugar Land was a total disaster! Stay away!!! With 38 days of my hearing aid failures, I still could not get a replacement pair. This after purchasing the most expensive pair and purchasing a 3-year maximum warranty labeled the VIP Service Plan ironically. The Sugar Land Hearing Instrument Specialists Jerrod is lacking!!! For my visit on December 29th, he actually attempted to provide service in the Receptionist / Waiting Area. For my appointment, he came out to the reception area with my hearing aids in his hand. I refused to allow Jerrod to provide service in the receptionist/ waiting area. He demonstrated a total lack of knowledge regarding privacy laws. He should job shadow Kelly at the Woodlands New Sound Office and sit with Denise at the front desk. And if you should choose to go to the Sugar Land Office any way, God be with you.
