Great service! When my hearing aids needed repair, they had a spare set for me to use in the interim. The New Sound staff member are friendly, and helpful in explaining the options available, and the best use of the aids.

Before you schedule an appointment be sure to verify the exact address, especially if you're using a navigation app, or you may end up in another location like I did. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The hearing test was similar to other hearing tests I've taken, but it included the task of repeating particular words out loud that were heard electronically as well as acknowledging particular sounds interrupted with various levels of static noise by pressing a button. Overall improvements in the industry have been made with AI enhancements. However, the prices for these hearing aids are still relatively the same as before AI or perhaps slightly less, depending on the advancement of package choice.

Just wanted to share a great experience we had with NewSound Hearing in The Woodlands. My wife has been taking her mom there for her hearing aids and follow-ups, and the staff—Quinn and Devin—have been amazing every time. Highly recommend!

The girl that helped me was extremely patient and kind. My hearing aids had quit working in my ears about a month ago. I travel a lot and getting into a dealership to get them reconnected is a real hassle for me. My dealership connected me with the phone service group and they had me reconnected in about 10 minutes. It was a trial and error repair, but she had the best fix of all and it was so easy. I will definitely keep that number handy!!

Excellent experience, it was very fast, efficient and very telling as well. Prices are several thousand dollars steeper than the average cost of some decent hearing aids, but being able to try this new one, I’m certain there’s nothing better. Rebecca was awesome, kept me fully informed, and walked me through where my hearing land landed. Great experience again
